Strengths-Based Leadership Workshops

Our Strengths-Based Leadership Workshops will equip your executive leadership and/or management teams to lead with a strengths-based approach, which has been proven to dramatically improve employee engagement.

 

We help you explore the unique strength profiles of your team members, identify strategies for helping them reach performance goals, create strategic partnerships and ensure the right people are in the right positions, and employ strengths-based feedback and performance evaluations.

Hiring Consultations

Hiring the right people for the right roles is crucial in building momentum, ensuring maximum efficiency, and creating a company culture where you attract and retain top talent. One of our most popular offerings, the hiring consultation, is ideal when leaders and HR Directors are looking to make the right hiring decision. After you've identified your top candidates based on qualifications and experience, we will work alongside you to provide insight and guidance about the candidate's natural strengths and areas of weakness.

 

Each hiring consultation includes:

  • One CliftonStrengths Top 5 access code for the candidate

  • One 60-minute interview with the candidate, in-person or via video-conference

  • Candidate Feedback Report which includes CliftonStrengths assessment results, our assessment of the candidate's fit, and customized leadership insights based on the job description and your company culture

CliftonStrengths Feedback Sessions

Our Strengths Feedback Session serves as an introduction to your Top 5 Talent Themes. It  includes an access code to take the CliftonStrengths assessment, and one 60-minute feedback session. We will discuss your strength profile and begin to brainstorm ways to you can leverage your talents and manage around your weaknesses.

 

CliftonStrengths Feedback Sessions can be scheduled in a face-to-face, telephone, or video conferencing format.

Management Review Sessions

Our Management Review Sessions are ideal for leaders who have already taken the CliftonStrengths assessment and administered the assessment to their team members. We will equip you to lead with a strengths-based approach, which has been proven to dramatically improve employee engagement. We help you explore the unique strength profiles of your team members, identify strategies for helping them reach performance goals, create strategic partnerships and ensure the right people are in the right positions, and employ strengths-based feedback and performance evaluations.

 

Management Review Sessions can be scheduled in a face-to-face, telephone, or video conferencing format.

Emerging Leader Sessions

Our Emerging Leader Sessions are ideal for high-performing, high-capacity employees who are projected to assume management positions in the future, individuals new to management, or leaders in transitional seasons . We work closely with the emerging leader to prepare him/her for the roles and responsibilities that accompany management positions in growing organizations.
